What is the objective of Operation City Quest?The goal of the scavenger hunt is to find all the items, earn your way to the top of the leaderboard, and more importantly, to have fun with family and friends!

How do I get started?Getting started is easy! 1. Select your Location & Purchase tickets here. 2. Redeem your tickets on our website 3. You'll get an email with instructions to begin 4. Download the app from the app store using the links from the email 5. Make your way to the location you'd like to start at (starting locations here) 6. Launch the app, and follow the instructions in your redemption confirmation email. 7. Begin finding the items throughout the city and have fun!!!

When can I play Operation City Quest?Operation City Quest is not on a specific day, you can play anytime you'd like since it's all done on an app. Our customer support agents are available Tuesday-Sunday from 9am to 5pm. Our agents are available during those hours in case you need help! You may play outside of customer support hours if needed.

Do I have to play during your customer support hours?No. While our customer support hours are Tuesday-Sunday from 9am-5pm, you are welcome to play anytime you'd like outside of those hours if needed.

What is required for me to play Operation City Quest?A ready-for-fun attitude and at least one fully charged Android or iPhone smartphone is all you need! We also suggest wearing comfortable walking shoes and bringing water on your adventure!

How do I know if a certain date is available?We have open availability. Days never fill up, you can play any day of the week. However, we recommend playing during our customer support hours of Tuesday-Sunday 9am-5pm.

Is Operation City Quest a family friendly game?Yes, Operation City Quest is a family friendly game and it makes a great family outing! Children 12 and under are free with a paying adult.

What does it cost?Operation City Quest pricing starts at $20 USD per person. We offer special group pricing for groups of 10 or more. You can also find coupon codes on our site, as well as social media sites.

Do we pay for tickets per person or per smartphone?Just like other walking tours and attractions, our scavenger hunts are priced per person.

What do I win?Playing Operation City Quest isn't about winning a prize. We believe in creating lasting memories with loved ones is rewarding enough.

What is the difference between the different versions?Each specialty version (Bachelorette, Birthday, Team Building, Date, etc) comes with all of the challenges included in the Original version, as well as 6 additional challenges with the specialty theme. For example, the Birthday version will give you 6 additional challenges that will help celebrate the birthday person!

What other costs are involved?You will not be charged by Operation City Quest for anything other than the ticket price. Please check with your cell phone service provider for rates on data, as Operation City Quest utilizes an app that requires data to play.

Can we play in teams?Yes, you can divide your group up into teams and compete against each other

What is the recommended team size?We suggest 4-6 players per team to ensure the most participation among all players.

How do I book multiple teams?If you have less than 10 players: Purchase tickets and then make 1 redemption per team. If you book a group event with 10 or more players: You can choose the number of teams you'd like when you book and your group coordinator will set it up for you in the app!

Where do we park?We do not have designated areas for parking, you should locate a public parking area downtown near your starting location.

Where does Operation City Quest end?Operation City Quest is an open scavenger hunt. You can complete the list of scavenger hunt items in any order you’d like. Therefore, there is no designated ending locations. Most participants choose to make their way back to the starting location when they are done or choose to end at a local restaurant of their choosing.

Do I have to pay for my child to come with me?Kids 12 and under are free with a paying adult! One child free per paying adult.

Is the scavenger hunt wheelchair accessible?Yes, it is wheelchair accessible. Our game is an open scavenger hunt, where you can explore the city on your own terms. There is no specific route that you have to stick to, therefore you don’t have to go anywhere that is not wheelchair accessible, nor is there anything we’d ask you to find that could not be accessible in a wheelchair.

How long does Operation City Quest take?It depends on how fast you can find the scavenger hunt items. Most teams allot about 2 hours to find as many items as they can. If you cannot find all the items in the time you have available, you can finish finding the items later that day! You can go at your own pace!

Can we carry alcohol while participating in Operation City Quest?You would have to check out the laws in your city to know that for sure, but if it is allowed in your city, we don't mind either!

What is your refund policy?We pride ourselves on the unique scavenger hunts that we build and want our guests to have a fun experience. If you have completed a scavenger hunt and were not happy with it, please contact us and we will do our best to work with you to provide either a refund or a credit to play another one of our games you may be interested in instead. We do not provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, invalid coupon code use, road closures or other issues beyond our control. If you are no longer able to use your ticket at your originally planned time, we would be happy to reschedule your game at no charge. You can reschedule for any day, any city, and even any of our 5 games we offer (Crazy Dash, Wacky Walks, 3Quest Challenge, Operation City Quest, and Zombie Scavengers). We cannot provide refunds for tickets purchased through third-parties such as Groupon, TripAdvisor, or Expedia. If you purchased through a third party and would like a refund, please contact your retailer directly.

Who decides who is on each team?You decide who will be on what team.

Can only the team captains download the app?Anyone with an iPhone or Android phone can download the app and follow along with the team, not just the team captains!

Do you need each participant's information?No, we only need 1 contact for your booking.

Do the teams find the items in the same order?Each team will receive the same list of items to find in the same order. However, the teams can complete the items in any order they'd like so teams will go separate ways and use their own strategies to find the items.

Will we have a guide or host?Our games are all played using an app on your smartphone. We are not physically there with you during the game, however a host will be communicating with you during the game using a chat feature on the app!

Is this indoors or outdoors?Operation City Quest is all outdoors in public spaces. You'll be on sidewalks, in parks, etc. You will not be entering into any buildings during the scavenger hunt.

Does the app require data?Yes, you will need data to play because you will be uploading photos throughout the game. WiFi connection is not always available or reliable.
